Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Integrated Mission Solutions (IMS) sector, responsible for leading the engineering aspects of a group of Product/Project and managing cross-site, multi-disciplined engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical programs to ensure technical quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
  • Manage engineering teams to achieve project goals, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver product/project capability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a 25-day holiday allowance, pension scheme, flexible working options, and access to training and development opportunities.
