Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our Bluewater Accessorize store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store performance, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service, product knowledge, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and maintain a high level of store presentation.
- Support the Store Manager in operational administration, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Provide support to other local branches as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
- Knowledge of fashion retail, including product knowledge, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
