Deputy Store Manager Job Description

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking an exceptional Deputy Store Manager to join our Bluewater Accessorize store team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance, leading by example, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing store strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for customer service, product knowledge, and brand ambassadorship.
  • Manage the store team, ensuring they are motivated, knowledgeable, and exceeding expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager in operational administration, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
  • Provide support to other local branches as needed.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising/window guidelines are communicated and implemented commercially for the store.
  • Be flexible to work variable days and hours across the week.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Passion, drive, resilience, and a can-do approach.
  • Decision-making ability and a sense of ownership to take responsibility.
  • Proven examples of delivering excellence in customer service both personally and through their team.
  • Confident to take ownership with a sense of responsibility.
  • Effective communication and planning skills.
