Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing field support to customers in Dorset and surrounding areas
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,962.64 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Fuel card with claimable rate
  • Tax-free expense allowance of £520 per annum

Location

This role is based in Dorset, and you will be required to travel extensively throughout the region. A fuel card will be provided to cover business-related expenses.
