Design Producer Role at Lucid Games

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Producer to join our team at Lucid Games. As a key member of our studio management team, you will be responsible for leading our design department and collaborating closely with other disciplines to define project goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design teams and collaborate with other disciplines to define project goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, game directors, department leads, and studio management to ensure the smooth development of our games.
  • Mentor and support the growth of our design team, providing regular catch-ups, 1-2-1's, training opportunities, and more.
  • Document and track project status and scheduling changes with key team members and adapt schedules as necessary.
  • Define and manage risks during concept and feature development.
  • Advocate for the design team at a higher company level to ensure sustainable working practices.
  • Work closely with our People team to hire, develop, and retain members of the Design team.
Requirements:
  • Experience of agile project management processes.
  • Experience as a Senior/Lead Game Designer or similar role in a games industry environment.
  • Released titles as a Game Designer or Producer.
  • Excellent people and mentoring skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of own area.
