Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted promptly and courteously
  • Support the Store Manager and Designers by advising on customer feedback and comments
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and security procedures to prevent theft
  • Be proactive in Loss Prevention by maintaining a well-organized stockroom and following proper procedures
  • Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked, ticketed, sized, and available for customers
  • Develop product knowledge and use open questions to discover the specific needs of each customer
  • Understand the returns policy and use it as a positive selling tool
  • Be proactive in ongoing education regarding the company, weekly reports, products, and local retail business
  • Provide a friendly telephone manner and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements:
  • Available to work weekends or 1 day a week (8 hours average)
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach to the Fred Perry Brand
  • Great communication skills
  • Organized
