As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of our supported living services.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard. This will involve working closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, providing guidance and support to staff members, and promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Service Manager in the administration of the service, including managing rotas, completing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our service users.
  • To provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Proven experience of working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and families.
Estimated Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum
