About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching and Learning Support Professional to work with students who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working within SEND settings, supporting children in groups or 1:1, and excellent classroom management skills. A caring and nurturing personality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide specialist support to students with SEN in a SEND setting
  • To develop and implement effective learning strategies to support students' academic and social progress
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. education, psychology)
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a SEND setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
