The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in ensuring high-quality care and support services are delivered to our service users. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To assist the Service Manager in implementing policies and procedures that promote excellent care and support practices.
  • To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver person-centred care plans that meet the needs of our service users.
  • To monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or nursing).
  • Proven experience working in a similar role or within the learning disabilities sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
