About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Castleford. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, including promoting products and services to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity among colleagues and customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience for customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
