Job Summary:
Sheridan Maine is seeking a skilled Financial Ledger Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the sales ledger function, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, performing credit checks, and ensuring timely payment of debts.
Responsibilities:
* Set up new customers and manage their accounts
* Perform credit checks and establish payment plans
* Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
* Liaise with customers to maintain a high level of service
* Chase outstanding debts and conduct customer payment allocations
* Provide aged debt reporting
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Intermediate Excel skills
