We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing the cycle of claims through our system, monitoring quality and detail, and ensuring maximum recovery from factory and 3rd party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the cycle of claims through the system, monitoring quality and detail.
- Assess the write-up of claims to ensure maximum recovery from factory and 3rd party suppliers.
- Utilise multiple systems to identify improvements relating to claims in progress, becoming the 'go to' for systems and processes.
- Communicate with the network to improve the quality of claims and material.
- Bring unique viewpoints and experiences that can contribute to more innovative and creative ways of working.
- Ensure adherence to factory warranty and contract rules.
- Analytical – working with excellent attention to detail, identifying improvement areas and ensuring quality control.
- Team Player – understands the importance of a united team approach, and relishes the opportunity to share, learn and support.
