The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on claim status.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers on warranty-related matters.
Requirements include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and regulations.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. A Cytech Level 1 or 2 qualification is desirable but not essential.
