Our client, a leading provider of outdoor leisure products, is seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on claim status.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers on warranty-related matters.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures and regulations.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. A Cytech Level 1 or 2 qualification is desirable but not essential.
