About the Job:

  2. You will maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and policies, ensuring our services meet the highest standards.
  3. Leading by example, you will oversee staff training and development, empowering your team to provide exceptional care.
  4. You will drive business growth and expansion, working closely with our leadership team to achieve targets.

Compensation Package:

  • An estimated annual salary of £48,000, based on experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role within a Domiciliary setting.
  • Strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of managing service provision and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to commute to Hamilton/Motherwell regularly.
