Care Companion

Your Role
Care Companion with Constance Care, part of City & County Healthcare Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You'll be delivering high-quality care in clients' own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness.
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Supporting clients with mobility issues, including escorting them on outings and helping with transfers.
- Administering medication as required and collecting prescriptions.
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress.
