Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment for residents.
- Ensure the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with external professionals to provide comprehensive care services.
- Contribute to the development of a cohesive care community.
