Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Contribute to the development of our care community, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £20.00 per hour
- A welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&C's apply)
