Head of Pricing Strategy

Vallum Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Pricing Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our pricing strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy that takes into account market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Lead a team of pricing analysts and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that pricing decisions are informed and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement pricing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform pricing decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with pricing software and tools, such as SQL, Python, and VBA.
