Job Overview

As a Community Welfare Advocate, you will play a vital role in empowering members of the Armed Forces to overcome non-clinical challenges that hinder their recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide confidential and compassionate support to individuals facing mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, social isolation, inappropriate housing, homelessness, or financial worries.
  • To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop supportive care plans and address non-clinical barriers to recovery.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of care plans.
