About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiography Expertise Professional to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have expertise in diagnostic radiography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to develop their skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As an Advanced Medical Imagery Practitioner, you will be responsible for interpreting imaging data and providing accurate diagnoses to support patient treatment.

The salary for this role is £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including 27 days' holiday rising to 33 after 10 years, access to NHS discounts, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in radiography or a related field, HCPC registration, and relevant postgraduate qualifications. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you will be required to work across various locations within the trust, including community sites, and be willing to develop your skills to extend the role as required. A driving licence is essential for this position, and you must be within 30 minutes' travelling time of the base hospital when on call.
