Grounds Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Meadow Bay Villages. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our beautiful parkland and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out seasonal landscaping and tree felling as per the programme provided by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Undertake gardening tasks, such as strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection, and litter collection, to maintain high operating standards.
  • Repair paths, steps, and walls as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain and check machinery on a weekly basis.
  • Assist with siting and re-location of caravans.
  • Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and guidelines, including wearing PPE.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • We are looking for a positive, friendly, and energetic individual with a "can do" attitude.
