Job Summary

Meadow Bay Villages is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Billing Aquadrome. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our grounds and facilities, adhering to company operating standards and environmentally friendly values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Carry out seasonal landscaping and tree felling tasks as per the maintenance manager's program.
  • Perform gardening duties, including strimming, weeding, grass cutting, grass collection, and litter collection, to maintain high operating standards.
  • Repair paths, steps, and walls as requested by the maintenance manager.
  • Conduct weekly checks on all machinery and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Assist with siting and relocating caravans.
  • Comply with all company health and safety policies and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Full driving license required.
  • We are looking for a positive, friendly, and energetic individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
