About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Sweaty Betty. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a team of retail professionals, driving sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, community partners, and other stakeholders
  • Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt placement of stock and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store
Requirements
  • Experience in a management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Commercial approach with a proven sales background and previous experience setting and delivering store KPIs
  • Exceptional customer service and team management skills
  • Interest in and awareness of market trends in the retail industry
