About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Driver Trainee to join our team at Westbourne Motors. As a key member of our roadside assistance team, you will be responsible for recovering vehicles following breakdown or accident, working primarily within a 100 km radius but also undertaking longer recoveries to any UK destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Recover vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers in challenging situations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and maintain a high level of service delivery.
- Participate in comprehensive induction training, covering all aspects of the role and providing an industry-recognised basic level accreditation.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years driving experience.
- Technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes in difficult conditions.
- CRB checks will be conducted on all candidates.
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, increasing to £34,000 on achievement of a category C licence.
- Additional bonus opportunities, potentially adding £4,000 per year.
- Opportunity to work with a leading independent roadside breakdown specialist in Southern England.
