About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Driver Trainee to join our team at Westbourne Motors. As a Recovery Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering vehicle recovery services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Deliver vehicle recovery services to clients within a 100 km radius
  • Work in all weather conditions and at times in difficult conditions to recover vehicles
  • Attend comprehensive induction training to gain industry-recognised basic level accreditation

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years driving experience
  • Technical background is an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and flexible shift patterns

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, increasing to £34,000 per annum on achievement of a category C licence
  • Additional bonus opportunities with potential to add £4,000 per year
