We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Micheldever Tyres. As an HR Advisor, you will provide administrative and advisory support to our business areas, including Retail, Wholesale, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Update and maintain the HR database and other HR-related files.
- Support the HR Business Partners with Employment Relations case management and attend ER hearings.
- Input employee data, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes.
- Produce new starter documentation and letters related to ER cases.
- Liaise with Payroll regarding contractual changes.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience as a HR Advisor in an ER advisory capacity. You should have knowledge of Employment Law, excellent administration and organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
A CIPD Level 3 qualification is also required.
