As a Consultant Adult Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in the successful provision of psychiatry services at Thatchbury Mount. You will have extensive opportunities to develop collaborative therapeutic alliances with patients and their families, while being a pillar of clinical and educational support for junior doctors.
Working flexible shifts, you will enjoy close working relationships with your fellow healthcare professionals. Together, you will work to establish a common understanding of the problems patients are experiencing, taking a lead role in establishing strategic management plans and utilizing your therapeutic skills to develop constructive pathways to recovery.
