About the Role

This Compliance Governance Specialist position is responsible for overseeing the governance and oversight of introducers who distribute our Vehicle Finance products. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these introducers adhere to all regulatory compliance and legal aspects, group policies, risk appetite, risk controls, and product parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain procedural processes to ensure introducer onboarding and ongoing monitoring align with regulatory requirements and group policies.
  • Analyze and define metrics to measure performance and identify potential risks or trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team to provide approval for introducer onboarding, conduct oversight and audits, and implement pricing approval processes.
  • IDentify and mitigate risks associated with introducer activities, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance and Legal, to maintain expertise on legislative and regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in people leadership, decision-making, and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in consumer credit (FCA, FLA, ICO, CDD, AML).
  • Ability to articulate role responsibilities and manage stakeholders effectively.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
