Commercial Development Lead

We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead to join our team at phs Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial markets, hotels, retail, leisure and public sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based on industry standards and location, we estimate an annual salary of £50,000 - £65,000. Key qualifications include a proven track record of success in sales and business development, ability to work independently and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
