Job Description

Shire Healthcare is seeking a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in a high secure forensic service in York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-volume, low-intensity CBT in both individual and group settings.
  • Manage clinical staff and contribute to the development of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver evidence-based psychological therapies.

Requirements:

  • Full qualification in psychological wellbeing practice.
  • Experience of working in a supervisory role, including post-qualification experience in IAPT services.
