About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at BDB Pitmans LLP. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support for the entire team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll, including data collation, system maintenance, and reconciliation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for payroll and system-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process, including salary increase letters and system updates.
  • Support benefit administration, including reconciliations, open benefit windows, and benefit renewals.
  • Prepare weekly joiner, monthly changes, and leaver files for our benefits platform.
  • Conduct data analysis and produce reports as needed, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with job code mapping, salary benchmarking submissions, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous entry-level experience in a professional services or legal HR environment (internships/placement year preferred).
  • Numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Grade A/7+ GCSE Maths (essential).
  • B at A-level Maths (preferred).
