Electrical Engineer in Water Management

About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer in Water Management to join our team in the UK. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced electrical and mechanical engineers along with colleagues in other disciplines from across the wider Water Business Unit in the UK and Ireland to deliver projects.

Key responsibilities include undertaking outline and detailed designs and specifications for electrical, instrumentation and control works, ensuring design output is completed in accordance with the agreed scope of works, timescales and budgets. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines as required to deliver project requirements and added value to the Client is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent) and working towards chartered status with a relevant professional institution. Experience in the delivery of water designs and specifications on water related projects is also required. A strong understanding of the implications of works on the environment and knowledge of sustainable solutions, water and wastewater processes and health and safety legislation is necessary.
