About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at Lamington Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and positioning of our existing and new brands, ensuring they remain competitive, innovative, and relevant in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to maintain and enhance brand positioning, ensuring we stay relevant and competitive in the industry.
  • Lead the development of creative briefs and guide the creative process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Own all aspects of the brand image and reputation, from product development, guest journey, onsite brand implementation to events programming and local engagement.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Work with the marketing team to elevate our brand positioning as well as the brands visual identity.
  • Play an integral part in all brand development projects, both existing and ones currently under development.
  • Drive innovative thinking that deliver on brand goals and ensure all brands in the Lamington Group portfolio stay front of mind.
  • Support the Group Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing strategy and in driving awareness of all brand - both existing and new.
  • Oversee the guest journey (Hotel & F&B), ensuring every touch point is on brand and delivering personal and innovative experiences.
  • Dive into events programming, onsite activations and local partnerships with strategic input from the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sustainability Experience and Operations to ensure brand alignment and consistent brand execution.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Branding, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
