Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commercial Vehicle Administrator to join our team based in Farnham. As a key member of our Commercial Dealership, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and ensuring seamless communication with customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warranty claims from receipt to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed accurately and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator or similar role in a commercial vehicle environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with DMS systems and warranty administration processes
