Assistant Operations Coordinator Job in Ferndown

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment Ltd. As an Assistant Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule shipments with customers and freight forwarders
  • Handle a variety of tasks, including office administration and ad hoc requests
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all freight-related activities run smoothly
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Contribute to the team's success by being adaptable and willing to help where needed
