Logistics Coordinator - The Work Shop

Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

  • Timely placement of orders with vendors to adhere to procurement schedules.
  • Verification of order confirmations for precision and rectification of discrepancies before shipment.
  • Communicating any order delays to the Sales Team promptly.
  • Fostering robust relationships with suppliers to guarantee consistent service quality.
  • Managing the return process of goods to suppliers and ensuring receipt of agreed credits.
  • Utilizing a forklift for unloading deliveries and conducting thorough checks of received items.
  • Picking inventory items and preparing outgoing shipments, including coordinating courier pickups.
  • Assisting with customer pickups, loading items into vehicles, and occasionally delivering to local clients using the company vehicle.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and appealing showroom displays.
