  • Wash and Sanitize Equipment: Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Stock and Store Supplies: Receive and store supplies, ensuring that all stock is properly labeled and stored in a clean and organized manner.
  • Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including the pot wash area, ensuring that all areas are clean and free from clutter.
