Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Chef to join our culinary team at Heathland House, a luxurious residential and dementia care home in Ferndown, Dorset.
As a 2nd Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and cooked safely
