We are seeking a skilled Telephone Agent to join our team at HIS-MIKI Travel UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing transportation services, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation services and managing logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to daily telephone queries and addressing concerns throughout the booking process
- Liaise with transportation service providers, including coach companies and chauffeur car hire
- Collaborate with colleagues and counterparts from overseas Asia offices to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English is essential, with additional languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese being desirable
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the travel or transportation industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
