Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join our team as a Shift Leader in our Hygiene Operations department. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained across our facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our facilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,200 per annum, plus a car allowance of £8,600 per year.
