Supporting Adults with Complex Needs

HF Trust is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bidford, Worcestershire. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, including dementia and poor mental health.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in health and social care and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for our service users. You will work a variety of shifts, including waking nights, to support our service users and their families.

We offer a competitive salary, including a 10% waking nights uplift, as well as opportunities for training and development. If you are passionate about supporting adults with complex needs and want to make a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
