Support Learning Disabled Adults in Bidford On Avon

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bidford On Avon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.

You will work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts, and will be required to provide everyday personal care, support individuals with daily tasks, and help them to develop skills and confidence.

  • Competitive Salary: £ per hour, rising to £ per hour from 1st October 2024.

Requirements

We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about supporting learning disabled adults and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car, or be able to get help getting to and from the service.
