We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bidford On Avon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting learning disabled adults to live their best lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily tasks
  • Assisting with medication and health-related tasks
  • Supporting individuals to develop skills and confidence
  • Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
