Learning and Behavior Assistant

Milk Education is seeking a Learning and Behavior Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis in Central London.
This role involves supporting pupils consistently while responding to their individual needs, promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students, and working with the teacher in lesson planning and delivering catch-up sessions.
As a Learning and Behavior Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
- Working with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
- Delivering catch-up sessions
To be successful in this role, you must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND, and possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £95.00-£110.00 per day, offering an attractive package for professionals looking for a challenging and rewarding career.
