About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Rise Resourcing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, enhance sales, and forge strong partnerships with retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Work closely with retailers to execute in-store marketing activities and promote our products
  • Support the National Account Managers with input on sales materials, presentations, and product information
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience in an FMCG or retail environment, with a good understanding of consumer marketing. You will be highly analytical, with excellent communication and influencing skills, and have strong attention to detail, organisation, and project management abilities.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be entitled to a competitive salary of £38-43,000 depending on experience, as well as a host of other benefits including a generous holiday entitlement that increases yearly, bonus based on company profit, flexible working (2 days in the office) as well as training and progression opportunities.
