Job Title: Registered Manager

Salary: £44,100 - £51,100 Depending on experience

Bonus: On target earnings of £3000 bonus per annum

Welcome bonus: £5,000*
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hexagon Care Services is a leading provider of therapeutic residential childcare, with over 50 Children's Homes, 5 Crisis Intervention services, and 14 schools across England.

Jasmine Court is a children's home that supports up to 4 young people with SEMH, on a medium to long term basis.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a Children's Home Manager who has at least 2 years' experience working in the residential childcare sector since August 2019, and has been either a leader/deputy manager or registered manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards of this role, and will be able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure the best care experience possible.
