About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support with personal care, laundry, meal preparation, medication administration, and other activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the maintenance of high-quality care standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential or community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
  • Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to upholding the values of SeeAbility.
