Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support with personal care, laundry, meal preparation, medication administration, and other activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the maintenance of high-quality care standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
- Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to upholding the values of SeeAbility.
