We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a Bank Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate in a wide range of activities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing daily support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assisting individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as art, music, and sports.
- Supporting individuals to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Working collaboratively with other agencies and services to ensure person-centred care.
- Developing and maintaining support plans and records.
- Experience of working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
