Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our team in Backwell, Bristol.

As a Bank Support Worker, you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you. Whether you're looking for a second job or wanting to make some extra income, this role offers a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people we support.

Our support is centered around each person's values, preferences, and needs, which may include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care, and medication needs.

Full training to gain the nationally recognized Care Certificate

To develop daily living skills

To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals

Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
