About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing patient advocacy services to clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are respected;
  2. Coordinating care plans with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes;
  3. Supporting clients in navigating the healthcare system, including accessing medical treatments and services;
  4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress;
  5. Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Certification or degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social work);
  • Proven experience working in healthcare or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
